Seriously, the next person I see or hear say something along the lines of "Oh I can't believe you eat that! It has so many chemicals in it!" is getting their Femurs removed so they can't stand on their soapbox of idiocy anymore. I am literally holding 5kg of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a chemical. The oxygen in the air is a chemical compound. Your drinking water is ions and whatnot in a solution with water as the solvent. Everything is chemicals. Please tell people in your life who use the word "chemicals" to mean "things I am scared of because I am ignorant" that it is meaningless.

Everything is capable of killing you. Everything is harmful. Dose is what is important. Vitamin A is necessary for life. Excessive vitamin A causes a multitude of horrific effects that ends in you dying.

Also.....artificial is a dumb word. it is meaningless. Vitamins made in the lab are chemically the same as the stuff in plants or animals. And cyanide is all natural. Just saying.
